Background Checks

Background checks are mandatory for all RAAA adult board members, program directors, program board members, coaches, assistant coaches, and officials.  All Volunteers will be required to undergo a national background check prior to the beginning of the sport, season or activity in which they intend to become involved. 

Volunteers who continue to participate will be required to have a background check conducted every three (3) calendar years.  Completing this requirement for one program is applicable for all RAAA programs.

Our Traveling Board reviews our list of coaches each year. We will get in contact with you if you are required to complete a background check.
